 Pembuatan artiken atau dokumen ini bisa dilakukan melalui laptop atau pun handphone yang kita miliki. Namun, untuk kemudahan dan kecepatan waktu lebih baik menggunakan laptop atau komputer. Dengan begitu pengetikkan artikel bisa berjalan dan selesai cepat dan kita tidak terlalu kesulitan. Pastikan juga penggunaan file yang tepat entah ketika membuatnya hingga proses penyimpanan.

 Salah satu file yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pembuatan sebuah dokumen adalah file berbentuk PDF. File dengan jenis ini sangat pas sekali diaplikasi pada file yang paten alias tidak ada proses editing lagi. Sebab, sebuah file PDF ketika sudah bentuk tersebut kita tidak bisa melakukan proses perubahan pada data yang sudah tersimpan.

 Apabila ingin melakukan perubahan, maka diperlukan proses perubahan file dari yang PDF menjadi Word. Penggunaan file PDF tak hanya cocok pada sebuah artikel saja, pada gambar - gambar sekalipun bisa dilakukan. Hal ini diperlukan ketika kita mengirimkan sebuah file persyaratan pendaftaran di mana kita perlu melakukan uploud dengan file bentuk PDF.

 Tidak banyak orang tahu, bahwa file PDF ini bisa digabungkan dari beberapa file PDF lain menjadi satu kesatuan. Cara menggabungkan file PDF dengan adobe reader contohnya bisa dilakukan. Dengan menerapkan cara ini, maka kita bisa menyederhanakan sebuah file entah dari jumlahnya yang banyak menjadi lebih sedikit (ringkas).

 Karena file PDF yang kita miliki sudah terlalu banyak, tidak ada salahnya untuk kita melakukan penggabungan terhadap file tersebut. Dengan begitu, kita tidak punya lagi file yang terlalu berlebihan di penyimpan. Dan salah satu caranya adalah menggunakan salah satu layanan berbentuk software yaitu Adobe Reader.

  1. Pertama unduh dan pasang software Adobe Reader-nya
  2. Bila sudah, jalankan aplikasinya untuk digunakan
  3. Pada halaman awal ini, langsung klik menu Tools dipojok kiri atas
  4. Setelah menu Tools dilanjut klik menu Combine Files
  5. Untuk menambahkan file yang akan digabungkan, klik aja Add Files
  6. Sudah terpilih semua, sekarang tinggal klik Combine saja
  7. Selesai, sekarang file - file PDF sudah menjadi satu file saja
  8. Terakhir tinggal di save aja menjadi satu folder
Sangat mudah sekali dalam melakukan penggabungan antara beberapa file PDF menjadi satu kesatuan. Penyatuan beberapa file PDF ini tenttu akan memberikan sedikit ruang kosong serta tidak terlalu terlihat berantakan. Cara ini terbilang sangat cocok diaplikasi pada materi sekolah secara urut. Sehingga dalam memperlajari materi bisa dilakukan dengan mudah karena materi sudah urut.
