Penggunaan smartphone tidak bisa lepas dari segala aktivitas manusia, di mana saja dan kapan saja pasti kita memegangnya. Hal ini menjadikan kita seperti pecandu akan barang elektronik tersebut sampai - sampai tidak mengenal tempat dan waktu.

Sering kali kita juga menggunakan smartphone pada saat waktu mau tidur, dan hasilnya kita tidur terlalu larut (begadang). Padahal kebiasaan ini sangat tidak baik untuk kesehatan badan kita, lalu bagaimana cara menghilangkan kebiasaan main HP sebelum tidur? berikut ini beberapa caranya.

1. Menonaktifkan HP sebelum Tidur

Kebanyakan orang sering memainkan smartphonenya di kala kita akan tidur alhasil tidur menjadi lebih larut dan badan tidak sehat. Untuk menjauhkan kebiasan ini kita bisa mematikan handphone kita beberapa jam sebelum kita mau tidur entah itu 1 jam sebelum tidur.

Dengan cara ini maka kita akan lebih fokus untuk tidur dan proses tidur bisa menjadi lebih dan nyaman dan cepat. Pada awal mulai, kita akan merasa keberatan dengan cara ini namun balik lagi dengan keinginan menghilangkan kebiasaan buruk bermain HP sebelum tidur.

2. Baca Buku Pengganti Handphone

Bermain handphone memang bisa melakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti membaca, mendengar dan lainnya. Namun yang dilakukan itu bisa membuat kita keasikkan dan berbelok ke arah yang bisa membuat kita tidak segera tidur.

Coba ganti dari bermain handphone dengan membaca buku kesukaan atau buku lainnya. Ketika membaca buku otak dan tubuh akan lebih rileks dan ketika mata sudah lelah dan mengantuk maka kita bisa segera menutup buku dan mulai beristirahat.

3. Matikan Notifikasi pada Handphone

Pesan - pesan yang muncul di handphone kita sering kali membuat kita ingin segera membukanya dan yang terjadi kita akan berlarut - larut dengan handphone kita. Coba matikan segala notifikasi pada HP kita, cara ini akan membantu kita lebih tenang dan tidak terganggu dengan suara - suara pesan yang masuk di HP kita.

4. Buat Jadwal Penggunaan HP

Bermain smartphone memang bisa kapan saja dan di mana saja, bahkan ketika kita mau tidur. Apabila kita memiliki kebiasaan seperti ini, maka kita bisa membuat jadwal dalam bermain HP terutama pada waktu malam hari (istirahat).

Contohnya saja seperti cara pertama, di mana kita mematikan handphone 1 jam sebelum tidur. Di waktu sebelum tidur tersebut kita bisa membaca buku sehingga kita benar - benar merasa mengantuk.

Perilaku buruk seperti main hp sebelum tidur sebaiknya segera dihilangkan mengingat harga kesehatan itu mahal. Demikianlah cara menghilangkan kebiasaan main hp sebelum tidur, semoga sukses dengan prosesnya.
